Welcome to the information page of your workshop course. Here you will find information about your course and the venue.
The workshop will be held on 27 March 2019 at the Assembly House, Theatre Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1RQ. You will find a short video and a map on your right (or below if you are viewing this on mobile). The venue is about 15 minutes walk from Norwich Station, or you could get a cab.
If you are driving, the venue has a pay and display car park to the rear of the building and there is also a public car park close by in Theatre Street.
If you are going to stay in Norwich, note that that delegates wanting to stay at the Assembly House can get a 10% discount when booking direct.
The workshop will start at 10.30 am with registration from 10.00 am. Graeme Gee of Landlord Law Services will be there to greet you and will deal with any admin issues or queries you may have.
There will be two comfort breaks of 1/2 hour and one hour is allowed for lunch. All refreshments are included, which will include tea and coffee and a sandwich lunch.
If you want to bring your laptop or ipad, there is free wi fi provided.
We will provide course notes on the day.
The workshop will end at 4.30 pm.
David is a solicitor and partner with the well-known housing law firm Anthony Gold and also the Director of Policy for the Residential Landlords Association.
He is an acknowledged expert on HMOs and tenancy deposit issues in particular (having published books on both topics), and an experienced trainer and speaker.
