Landlord Law Conference 2019

We are a little late launching our Conference this year but bookings are now open.

The Conference will be taking place on Friday 17 May.

New Conference, New Sponsor

We are pleased to announce that this year we are sponsored by Hamilton Fraser

Hamilton Fraser are responsible for such iconic landlord services such as Landlord Action, Total Landlord Insurance and (with the NLA) My Deposits, as well as, for letting agents,  the Property Redress Scheme.

New Speakers

Sean Hooker of the Property Redress Scheme will be doing one of our talks this year, on dealing with complaints, and Suzy Harshman of My Deposits will be talking about deposits, zero deposits and adjudications.

Another new speaker to Conference will be housing barrister Katie Gray whose talk is entitled “Airbnb and other vacation rentals – should landlords be concerned?”.

Other speakers will be looking at important topics such as section 8 notices, the new act on fitness for human habitation and the Tenant Fees Bill.

The Venue

The Conference will once again be held at the lovely Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club – set just outside Norwich and surrounded by green grass and trees, this is the perfect place to de-stress and take in all that the Conference has to offer.

We will be doing further posts about the venue and speakers in due course.  In the meantime, you can find out more and book your place on our information page here.
