When renting to tenants its best to avoid any disputes and having a clear record of the meter readings at the start and end of the tenancy is a good idea.
To help we have two forms you can use to keep a record of the meter readings
At present, they record gas, electricity and water meter readings, but if there is another you think we should add let me know.
The form is ‘conditional’ so if your property (for example) has no gas, you can exclude this.
